Slaughterhouse five

The acclaimed play Slaughterhouse Five returns to the theater! In this stage adaptation of Kurt Vonnegut's anti-war masterpiece, we see how Billy Pilgrim (Bram Suijker) has become detached from time. The American soldier can step through a door in 1945 and come out sometime in 1965. Thus, at the end of World War II, he relives the horrific bombing of Dresden and is simultaneously abducted by aliens and put on display on their planet Tralfamadore. The reality around him slowly falls apart, and traumatic events from Billy's life thus gain a new place and meaning.
