This year Europe's largest Ice Sculpture Festival opens at a brand new location in Biddinghuizen! The 45 best ice artists in the world are coming to the Netherlands to show their skills.
This year's theme is: An undiscovered world.
It will be a magical journey across our beautiful globe. From deep in the sea, surrounded by wondrous water creatures, to high in the sky to everything in between. Dive deep underwater among fascinating creatures, walk through dense jungles full of surprises and explore the mysteries of distant galaxies. Each part of this hidden world offers a new discovery, suitable for young and old.
Enter a breathtaking ice world where you will discover wonders you never thought possible, with ice sculptures up to 6 meters high. At over 1,500 square meters, this year's Ice Sculpture Festival is bigger than ever!
This year visitors can enjoy not only ice art, but also a special street art exhibition. The walls come alive with the bold creations of emerging artists. Be surprised by this dynamic and emerging art form!
From December the 14th of 2024 till March the 2nd of 2025 you can experience this magical adventure at the new location: Strandgaperweg 20, Biddinghuizen. Outside the Christmas and spring vacations, we are closed on Mondays.
