Zomerfolk

Rapalje Zomerfolk is an annual Folk Festival in Groningen's beautiful Stadspark. On June 7 and 8, 2025, we will host the 11th edition of this wonderful festival. Founder of this wonderful festival is the band Rapalje, who have been rocking festivals for 30 years with their uplifting Celtic folk music. In addition to the music of Rapalje and other (international) Folk artists, there is a wonderful market with something for everyone, there are various workshops such as Irish dancing, sword fighting and archery, you can eat and drink delicious food and also the younger festival-goers are at their beck and call with a special Children's Village with all kinds of fun activities!
